These Terms govern your use of the PadelMatch mobile application operated by PadelMatch, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
1. The Service
- PadelMatch is a social coordination platform that helps users discover players and coordinate matches.
- PadelMatch does not organize, supervise, or guarantee matches.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. User Accounts and Conduct
- Users must provide accurate information and behave respectfully.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
4. Discoverability
- Providing your name, email, or phone number enables discoverability by users who already possess that information.
- Phone numbers are never displayed on user's profiles, or in any other publicly accessible fashion.
5. Ratings and User Content
- Ratings are self-reported and subjective.
- Users grant PadelMatch a license to display content within the App.
6. Offline Interactions
- Users assume all risk related to in-person interactions.
- PadelMatch is not responsible for injuries or disputes occurring outside the App.
7. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
- PadelMatch shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
10. Changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
